We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers.
Negligence includes, but is not limited to, the following cases:
The customer intentionally refuses to receive the package
Incorrect shipping information is provided (such as an inaccurate address, wrong contact number, or incorrect consignee name), preventing us or the courier from contacting the customer
A non-deliverable address is entered, such as DHL Packstation / Paketbox / Paketautomat
In such cases, the delivery cannot be completed, and no refund will be issued.
